Cupid
Sponsor CupidCupid came to Greenwood after being part of a herd that had been completely abandoned and neglected.
He was around a year old and arrived exceptionally underweight, had lost his body hair due to lack of nutrients and his legs were sore and bleeding. The vet though it was 50/50 chance of survival but after 6 months of intensive veterinary care, Cupid was fully recovered.
Cupid loves affection from other goats and humans. He loves visitors to come up to his gate and checks out any goodies they might have. He is loving and caring member of the Greenwood family.
Cosmo
Sponsor CosmoCosmo came to Greenwood with Cupid after being part of a herd that had been completely abandoned and neglected. He was underweight with sore, bleeding legs. Cosmo is now fully recovered from his exploitative and abusive background.
He is small but the boss and understands exactly what his horns are for! He jumps, climbs and runs about and races to be the first to the food, hay and alfalfa. When his stables are swept, he follows us around to make sure he doesn’t miss out on anything.
Cupid is his very best friend.

Lightning
Sponsor LightningLightning arrived with Calypso from a different Animal Rescue.
Before this, he was part of a larger herd that had been neglected, was very thin and had very poorly feet which still need regular treatment.
Lightning is great fun and he just loved to be stroked.
He will stand for hour while you fuss over him and if you stop he will tap you gently with his front hoof

She is very gentle and peaceful and loves human visitors who come and spend time with her.
